MIBOR MOBILE App for Ipad, Iphone, and Androids
While we may like to think our Indianapolis homes for sale mobile app is the best around, it is also exciting that MIBOR or the Metropolitian Indianapolis Board of Realtors is finally launching an official iPad / iPhone and Android App to help home buyers and seller in the Indianapolis area. I have done a little bit of testing on it and it looks it is still in beta, but it appears to be quite a useful App for home buyers on the go. It allows you to search for homes by location, price range, and of course it uses your GPS to display homes for sale closet to where you are. The MIBOR Mobile App will be quite a handy tool to add to your phone if you are looking for a home or if you are always just curious

Steinmeier subdivision is a popular neighborhood located in Washington Township Indianapolis at the intersection of Allisionville Road and 71st Street on the city’s northeast side. New addition....sleepless but back

After a long absence due to us having second baby boy, I am officially back online and will begin posting regular market updates and blog posts again on a regular basis. Our newest addition is now 6 months old and while not sleeping through the night, I have finally come to the realization (as I am sure all parents before me have) that I am no longer entitled to a full nights rest and have greatly increased my caffeine intake to compensate for what feels like a life sentence of tiredness. I am now at the acceptance stage and learning that 6 hours of interrupted sleep is as good as it gets these days.
