geist waterfront homes seen by boatRed Door Real Estate is proud to announce we now offer boat tours for Geist waterfront real estate.  If you are considering purchasing a home on Geist Reservoir, you must experience it from the water as well as by land.  It is a completely different perspective and one that can have a major impact on the buying decision.

How does the home look from the water?  How much of an idle zone do you have to go through to get to the main body?  How deep and navigable is the canal?  How long will take to get back to your house if you run out of cold beverages on the water :) ?
