We saw a pretty drastic decrease in sales activity for Noblesville Indiana homes for sale in November 2011 with a 34% decrease in the number of homes sold. Despite this, the average sales price actually rose 4% for the same time period. If we pull back and look at the year to date numbers, we see a more reasonable decrease of 2% in the number of homes in Noblesville sold as compared to last year while we still see an increase of 6% in the average sale price. Noblesville only has 7 month supply of homes on the market which is indicative of a healthy market. However, Noblesville is more plagued with distressed properties than any other area of Hamilton County with more than ¼ of all sales involving either foreclosures or short sales
