Downtown Condos - The Packard - 2 Hot Buys

This will just be a quickie, but I wanted to make my readers aware of two amazing opportunities in The Packard Condos downtown Indianapolis.  One is a bank owned condo and the other is just an individual seller that appears to want to move the condo quickly.  Both are listed far below market value at $150,000.  Here is a quick glance at The Packard active, pending and sold since 1/1/2010:
