How Much Does it Cost?
The most popular plan we have for experienced agents who close at least 9 deals per year is our $399 / month fee. The only other fee we have on top of that is a once a year E and O charge of $150 year. That's it. After you pay your small monthly fee and E and O, 100% of your commission are yours to keep! No tricks, no gimmicks, no copy fees, no transaction fees, no franchise fees, no more anything! If you do want a little more, we do offer a premium package that includes Centralized showing service, a personal website with an IDX search function, and a Docusign (electronic signatures) account all for only an extra $100 / month.
