Option #1 is designed for the agent that is not doing real estate full time but still has a great sphere of influence and completes 2 - 6 deals per year. Many people in this category have other jobs but they still possess the knowledge and experience to not only generate 2 - 6 deals per year but also handle them professionally and with confidence. For this agent, we realize a huge monthly fee is unattractive as there might be several months in a row with no closings. This is why we offer an extremely low rate of only $99 / month for these agents and then $599 per transaction. That is it! No hidden fees, no franchise fee, no copy fee, nothing extra. This allows you maximize the profits on the deals you close.
If option #1 is what best suits you, you can easily net 80 - 87% of your commission dollars. In fact, if you only close 4 deals per year you net 85% and only invest $99 / month.
