Another Satisfied Customer

Here is an actual email I received from a client who is working with one of our agents Lesa Furman:


Mr. Taylor,
     Lisa spent the last six months sending me listings and descriptions of homes and condos in the Avon area. We lived in Brownsburg before moving to Port St. Lucie Florida so I had a pretty good Idea of where I wanted to look but she was so patient and helpful. We are now retired but during my career in Human Resource Management we moved many times and all over the Mid-West and I have never worked with an agent as professional and caring as Lesa. You can rest assured that I will recommend Lesa and Red Door to anyone that I can.

I want to thank the client that wrote this email and Lesa as well.  It is far too easy to write a letter when things go bad and your experience is less than stellar.  When a client takes the time out his/her busy schedule to write a letter explaining how happy they were it really means a great deal to me.  Thank you for writing this letter.  Thanks also to Lesa for providing such wonderful customer service and showing such high level of professionalism and patience.  We here at Red Door pride ourselves on providing exemplary service and hold ourselves to the highest degree of professionalism.  Lesa obviously embodies these ideals and we are proud to have her on our team.

It is client testimonials like these, in my opinion, that make the often-times intensively grueling job of real estate agent worthwhile. There are many transactions in which the commission earned does not offset the sheer number of hours put into making the deal work, however when the client is satisfied that can truly feed the soul in ways that money cannot! It's also very rewarding when a past client refers business to you on the basis of a job well done. I know this is what drives me to make every deal smoother and better than the last.
